The great white continent is the ultimate adventure destination and Flagship offers the exclusive opportunity to stay in luxurious accommodations while discovering the continent’s remote and pristine wilderness. Many describe the experience as being at ‘the edge of the earth’ – which, if you choose to include a visit to the South Pole you quite literally will be.

What is the best place to visit?

Flagship offers private jet expeditions to the only luxury camp in Antarctica which is situated near the coast in Droning Maud Land. There are many activities to do here and beautiful scenery to immerse yourself in. However, for the more adventurous, our itineraries can include a trip to see a vast Emperor Penguin colony or to spend the night at the South Pole.

What are the international airports?

Our expeditions all depart by Gulfstream private jet from Cape Town and land at the Wolf’s Fang ice runway in Antarctica.

What are international routes?

Please contact us for a full list of clothing recommendations to ensure you are adequately dressed. We can arrange for you to loan certain items should you prefer. Biodegradable soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided. You may also bring your own, but please ensure they are biodegradable in keeping with our zero-impact policy in Antarctica.

Phinisi Sailing Boat

Why choose a phinisi sailing expedition?

A phinisi is a handcrafted, two-masted wooden sailing boat traditionally constructed in teak by master boat builders.  Historically these graceful vessels plied the Spice Route. The modern versions exude the romance of days gone by, but are carefully fitted out in the sheerest of contemporary luxury and crewed by a professional team, including certified dive instructors to create a very comfortable and hugely rewarding sailing experience to remote lands.

Our well-trained professional staff will take care of all of your needs and requests, while our highly skilled chefs will prepare gourmet meals.

Foodies will love our chef-hosted culinary expeditions with a chance to fully customize on-board menus, enjoy casual cooking classes, visit colorful spice markets and indulge in picnics and romantic dinners on palm fringed tropical isles. As each expedition is customized to preference, daily activities are up to you and can include diving, snorkeling, swimming with whale sharks, hiking volcanic islands or lounging on a day bed soaking up the beautiful scenery.

What are the best places to visit?

Our expeditions generally explore the more easterly islands of the archipelago as these are the most remote and pristine.
